Brighton Rock
So who's going to see Brighton Rock on the big screen then?
I will be going to see it at some point but not sure when yet. Looking forward to it.

Re: Brighton Rock
I read the book years ago, I haven't seen the original movie so I'll be sure to watch this one first (just in case they've made shite of a classic!)

Re: Brighton Rock
Typical...went to see Sanctum then True Grit a week or two later, but missed Brighton Rock totally and now it's gone from cinemas here.
Anyone here see it?

Re: Brighton Rock
the book is an absolute classic and original film a must see,not sure about this new one as it just seems to be another case of lets cash in on the popularity of scooters/mods and sit back and watch the price of scooters rocket, already seeing prices in excess of 6 grand!!!!! probably not bother with this film sorry

Re: Brighton Rock
Finally saw this on DVD. I was dissapointed with it. I like the way they made it look like an old classic visually but I just didn't find it entertaining. A nice scooter scene was the highlight, which didn't last long.

Re: Brighton Rock
I agree, Sam Riley is about as threatening as a wet sock, his 'gang' were laughable. Quad style scene at the end on the cliffs. He does have a nice blue suit though...
