HI EVERYONE SEAN FROM FX PANELWRAPS HERE - WE HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY ROGER DALTREY / TEENAGE CANCER TRUST TO FIND A SCOOTER FOR DONATION. IT WILL BE WRAPPED WITH WHO IMAGES, SIGNED BY PETE N ROG THEN AUCTIONED FOR THE TEENAGE CANCER TRUST (A BRILLIANT CAUSE!!). WE WILL BE WRAPPING IT FREE OF CHARGE. IT WILL APPEAR AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL FOR THE WHO'S QUADROPHENIA EVENT IN MARCH. IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN DONATING FOR THIS GREAT CAUSE I MAYBE ABLE TO ASSIST THEM WITH BACK STAGE PASSES AT A LATER GIG. THE SCOOTER WILL BE PUBLICISED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I WILL ENSURE THE DONATORS NAME / BUSINESS GETS AS MUCH PUBLICITY AS I CAN MANAGE. Re: The Who at Wembley August 79.

This was the first time I'd seen The Who live and they blew my mind! The green lasers and light explosion effects were incredible! I was a little sad that I'd missed Keith Moon, as he'd died the previous year. But a fantastic, mind-blowing experience!

Roger was wearing his hair short, as he'd had to have it cut for his part in "McVicar". Daltry later said that he'd hated playing that particulr Wembley gig....

Great support from The Stranglers and AC/DC, although I found Nils Lofgren a little dull. Great records played in between bands, though!
