how do i change the amount of pixels on my camera cause i tride to put a picture of myself by the bar thing but it didn't work proper

To resize an image down to 60x60 you really need a graphics program
Something like Paintshop or Photoshop but if haven't got anything like that then type resizing images into Google
There are lots of online resizing programs, take your pick.
You'll then need some place to host the image online, your myspace account will do for that.
