I've got a tattoo on my shoulder my grandpa had the same one it's a old ww2 tattoo altered its a skull and next to it a raf with a ribbon around it that says death or glory and yeah tattoos are sortta rocker / oi boy/punk ...but i use to be a punk do i regret my ink at all...no
(he wasnt in the royal airforce but had lots of friends in the uk air force he was a pilot himself for the us.)

Having followed a certain East London band around for a period of 2 years, in order to join the gang, I had the required mod tatoo on the bottom lip...although it was painful, I did feel very proud of it u ntil, at one fateful Weller gig at the Albert Hall, our hero (who had sent me free tickets in the front row, for some rather unfathomable reason) pulled his lip over during a break between songs...pointed down at me and said 'go on son...show the people your clever tatoo...'
oops...now I only get it out when I am totally off my tits...
Long live the Glory Boys (well, the ones that are still alive or out of prison...which means about ten of us!!!)
