posticon Radio One in the 80's (Bits and pieces, Our Tune...)

Anyone remember Radio One in the 80's?!

Well, if you fancy a bit of nostalgia, have a look at this website:

It's excellent emoticon

Don't forget Simon Bates playing a request in 1980 "for all the mods heading for Brighton" !

He was still a prick though

Saturday Morning down Butcher Bills (hairdressers) in Abbey Wood listening to Simon Bates with some game that used to be a bit like Darts. Cannot remember what it was called though.

Mellow Madness on Capital where people used write in with a request for 3 love songs. ( I had 3 played for me once)

Bits and pieces on the Roadshows in the 80's - the days when I would get 10 out of 10. Wouldn't happen now though!
