New Releases on Two Cat Records
It's been a while, but we're very proud to announce that both The Laynes and Modus have chosed Two Cat Records to release their debut singles.
The Laynes have delivered two cracking tunes: We Got Time draws inspiration from both sides of the Atlantic with The Kinks and The Nazz influencing the arrangement and on the flip is Wasn’t It You, written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin and famously covered by the Ultimate Mod band, The Action.
Edinburgh Hipsters, Modus have released the double a side Love Bug b/w Kitten Casino. Both sides are upbeat, Hammond Groovers with a classic 60s female vocal in the style of Julie Driscoll and Sharon Tandy, impeccably delivered by the lovely Miss Modus.
